MEET CAMI
Hi! I'm Cami! Mom of 3 kids(ages 4,3,1), wife and best friend to Bradley, outdoor lover, and inspirationist. I have always dreamed of just running away and living in the mountains, but because I live a real life, I just run away as often as possible.
My favorite outdoor activities include:
- Hiking (of course)
- Snowboarding
- Backpacking
- Camping
- Rock Climbing
- Kayaking
I started this community to inspire and uplift other moms and parents to get "out there" with their kids! I LOVE seeing everyone's adventures and cheering on others. We are so much stronger than we think!
CAMI'S STORY
I grew up in the White Mountains of Arizona hiking, backpacking, climbing, and camping with my family. When I was 14, I moved to Idaho and instantly fell in love with the Tetons and mountains around Southwest Idaho. Every second I got, I would drive up the mountain to just explore.
I became a mom at the young age of 18 and I wasn't going to let that stop me from doing the things I loved. Motherhood is harder than I imagined but every time I'm outside, I feel like I am the best version of myself and it allows me to be the best mom and wife I can be.
When my first was 6 months old, I found out I was pregnant again! I didn't know how I was going to get out on the trails, but I had two arms! So I figured it out! And learned lots along the way. Two years later came the hardest tradition, the transition to three kids! For the longest time I felt so stuck because my kids where still so little that they might need to all be carried! But once again, I figured it out, and am still figuring it out! but I hope my experience wont just be for my learning but yours as well.

LOOKING FORWARD
In the near future I'm going to be creating local mom meet-ups for backpacking, camping, and hiking trips. I'm planning on getting my training certifications so I can create a retreat where I can train and coach fellow parents on how to safely explore outdoors with their kiddos in tow. I hope to continue to grow this amazing community and empower parents to not lose themselves but find their peace and strength in nature and friendship.
